Terms of Service

1. The service

VORALINK lets you create a public link-in-bio page with your identity, links and content. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account and your content

You are responsible for your account and for everything you publish on your page. Your content is yours: you grant us only the license needed to host it and display it. Do not publish content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, impersonates anyone, or promotes hate, scams or harm. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Usernames are assigned first come, first served. We reserve names that collide with service routes or lend themselves to impersonation, and we may release inactive usernames with notice.

You must be at least 13 to create an account; if you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. Paid plans and the affiliate program require you to be of legal age. Do not use VORALINK to send unsolicited email, phish, host malware, collect other people's data without their permission, or circumvent the service's technical measures.

Copyright: if you believe a VORALINK page infringes your rights, write to soporte@voralink.bio with the page link, the work affected, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized and that what you say is accurate, and your name as a signature. We remove the content and notify the user; if they file a valid counter-notice, we may restore it after 10 business days unless you tell us you have gone to court. Repeat infringers are terminated.

3. Plans and payments

The FREE plan is free. Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel — you can cancel anytime from your settings and your page will keep working on the FREE plan. When you downgrade we do not delete your work: whatever your new plan does not include simply stops being shown, and comes back if you return.

Fan capture: it is part of the paid plans, with a cap on new sign-ups per month: on RISING, up to 100 a month; on ICON, up to 1,000 a month; on LEGEND, up to 5,000 a month. Each page also accepts at most 120 sign-ups per hour. Once the cap is reached, the form tells visitors so until next month.

The Founder's Deal is a limited launch edition available only until December 31, 2026: it includes ICON plan capabilities and the FOUNDER badge on your page, keeping its price of $29/year frozen for as long as the subscription stays active. Users who subscribed to the Founder's Deal prior to this date retain these same frozen price terms throughout the active life of their subscription.

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in advance for each period, plus any taxes the law requires us to collect, if applicable. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew; there are no refunds for partial periods or for not using the service, except where the law requires it. If a charge fails, your page returns to the FREE plan as soon as Stripe marks the subscription unpaid.

Affiliate program: anyone who recommends VORALINK with their link and earns commissions is governed by the Affiliate program terms, which supplement these terms.

4. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features; if a change affects you in a substantial way, we will announce it.

We may change, limit or withdraw any feature, design, plan or part of the service at any time. We may also suspend your account, remove content or close your access immediately and without prior notice when we consider it necessary to protect the service, other people, a third party or ourselves, or when you breach these terms. That decision is ours and we make it at our sole discretion: where reasonable we will explain it afterwards by email, but we are not required to justify it, to warn you beforehand, or to submit it to review.

If your account is closed, your public page stops being available, any courtesy plan ends and we may delete your data once the retention periods in the Privacy Policy have passed. Closure gives no right to compensation; if you had an active subscription and we close it with no breach on your part, we will refund the unused portion.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available, and you use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SALMERON STUDIOS LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and freedom from errors. We do not warrant that the service will run without interruption or that no data will be lost, and keeping a copy of what matters to you is your responsibility.

We are also not liable for the content users publish on their pages, for the use you make of the platform or its consequences, or for the decisions, delays, holds, blocks or closures of the third parties the service depends on, including Stripe, banks, social networks and hosting, email or domain providers.

We are in no case liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, lost customers or reputational harm, even if we had been advised of that possibility. Our total aggregate liability is limited to what you have paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and, if you have paid nothing, to USD 100.

Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it; after that it is waived. These limits apply even if an agreed remedy fails of its essential purpose. If any of them is not valid where you live, it applies to the fullest extent the law allows and the rest remains in force.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade.
