Affiliate program terms
Version 1.7 (17 sep 2026). By signing the agreement you accept this version.
This English version is a courtesy translation; if there is any conflict, the Spanish version governs.
1. What it is
The VORALINK affiliate program (Salmeron Studios LLC, Florida, USA) pays a commission to those who recommend VORALINK with their link or code and bring paying customers. It is by invitation: VORALINK decides who is admitted and may close affiliate accounts at any time under clause 10. In these terms, “affiliate” means you; “referral” means the person who reaches VORALINK through your link or code (clause 4); “pending commission” is one still within the hold period and “available commission” one that has cleared it and can be paid (clause 5); “panel” is the Affiliates section of your account.
2. Requirements to join
Be 18 or older. Have a real, active account on at least one social network or community (as a guide, 1,000 followers, or a community or newsletter of 500 people), with posts in the last 30 days, and an audience relevant to creators, businesses or professionals. Provide your legal name and payment method and, only if you get paid other than through Stripe, the tax form before the first payout (clause 6). Accept these terms.
3. Commission
The commission is a percentage of every payment VORALINK actually collects from a referral, for a number of months from their first payment. The percentage and months are shown in your panel and are fixed in the agreement you sign; if VORALINK changes the program defaults, only new agreements are affected. It is calculated on the amount collected, after discounts and before taxes.
4. Who counts as a referral
Anyone who creates an account after entering through your link (within the period shown in your affiliate panel) or who uses your code at checkout. If someone arrives through several affiliates, the last link before signup counts; if they came through a link and also use a code at checkout, the link counts. The referral discount applies to their first subscription if they subscribe within 90 days of creating their account. Not counted: yourself, accounts created with your details or cards, pre-existing accounts, or accounts created automatically or fraudulently.
5. Hold, refunds and payouts
Each commission stays pending during the hold period (30 days by default) and is voided if the referral's payment is fully refunded or disputed; if it is partially refunded, the commission is reduced in the same proportion, and if the dispute is resolved in VORALINK's favor, the commission is restored. If it had already been paid, the voided part is deducted from the next payout (clause 13). Available commissions are paid at least once a month, when the balance reaches or exceeds the minimum ($25 by default), in US dollars and by the method you chose in your panel: (a) Stripe, if you live in the US: you set up a payout account with Stripe, our payment provider, and we transfer the commission to that account; Stripe sends it to your bank or debit card, usually within 1 to 2 business days. VORALINK pays Stripe's fees for this service; your bank may charge its own. (b) PayPal, if you live outside the US: we send the commission to the PayPal email you provided; any fees or currency conversion charges PayPal applies are your responsibility. You must keep your payout details up to date. If a payment does not arrive because the details were wrong or your Stripe, PayPal or bank account is incomplete, restricted or closed, the money remains yours and is paid when you fix the problem; VORALINK is not liable for delays caused by Stripe, PayPal, banks or bank holidays. If Stripe restricts your account after receiving the transfer, the amount stays in your Stripe account until you complete what Stripe asks. Available commissions that could not be paid for lack of a valid payout method do not expire; we will email you. VORALINK may hold payouts while investigating suspicious activity (clause 13) and may change the available payout methods with 30 days' notice.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on everything you earn through this program, whether or not you receive an IRS form. Tax details: if you get paid through Stripe, Stripe collects and verifies your name, address and taxpayer identification number (SSN or EIN) when you set up your payout account or when the law requires it, and you do not need to send us a W-9; if you get paid by PayPal (you live outside the US), before the first payout and whatever the amount you must give us a W-8BEN (individual) or W-8BEN-E (business); without it no payouts are issued. Form 1099-NEC: if you are a US person or business and in a calendar year the total Salmeron Studios LLC paid you through Stripe reaches the IRS threshold ($2,000 for payments made in 2026, inflation-adjusted from 2027), we will issue your 1099-NEC in January of the following year; if you were paid through Stripe, we prepare and deliver it through Stripe, which will email you to confirm your details and choose electronic delivery (otherwise it is mailed to the address Stripe has on file). PayPal payments do not count toward that total: PayPal reports them on Form 1099-K under its own rules. If your tax details cannot be verified or do not match IRS records, your payouts may be held until you correct them, and VORALINK will apply any withholding the IRS requires. If you live outside the US and perform the service from abroad, we do not issue IRS forms: you report in your country.
7. How to promote (and how not to)
Required: clearly and conspicuously identify every post, video, story or message carrying your link or code as affiliate advertising, before the link and not hidden behind “more” or among other tags (for example, “#ad” or “#affiliate” at the start, or “Affiliate link: I earn a commission if you subscribe”), as the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and each platform's rules require. Prohibited: paid ads using the VORALINK name or its variations, unsolicited email, posting the code on coupon sites, promising results or income, presenting yourself as VORALINK, and any deceptive practice. VORALINK may ask you to take content down.
8. Courtesy plan
While you are an active affiliate you may receive, at no cost, the VORALINK plan shown in your affiliate panel. It starts when you sign this agreement and is reviewed every three months: it is kept if, in that period, you published at least one mention with your link or brought at least one paying referral. Otherwise the courtesy plan expires and your account continues on the free plan; your link and commissions are not affected. The courtesy plan also ends when your affiliate account is closed (clause 10).
9. Brand
You may use the VORALINK name and logo to recommend it, without altering them or suggesting you speak for VORALINK. You may not register domains, accounts or trademarks that include VORALINK.
10. Term, suspension and termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. VORALINK may end or suspend it with immediate effect and without prior notice, and admission to the program, pausing and termination are decisions VORALINK makes at its sole discretion, with no obligation to justify them, to follow any prior procedure, or to submit them to review. (a) Suspension: VORALINK may pause your link and code immediately while it reviews a possible irregularity, if your payout or tax details are incomplete or cannot be verified, or if a payment provider, a bank, a social network or an authority requests it; while paused, no new referrals are generated and existing commissions continue as usual. (b) Termination without cause, by you or by VORALINK: your link stops working and no new commissions accrue; available commissions are paid in the next payout cycle even if below the minimum, and pending ones when their hold ends, through your payout method. (c) Termination for cause: if VORALINK closes your account for breach of these terms (including clauses 7, 9 and 13), unpaid commissions are forfeited and VORALINK may claw back amounts already paid for invalid referrals (clause 13); VORALINK may state the reason by email, with no obligation to detail its checks or to review the decision. Termination of this agreement, by either party and for any cause, does not entitle you to compensation, to reimbursement of what you spent promoting VORALINK, or to claim future or expected commissions. In every case the courtesy plan ends with the closure, and clauses 6, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 survive it.
11. Electronic signature, notices and changes
You accept these terms by typing your legal name and checking the box in your panel; we store your name, date, time, IP address, browser, language and the text and version accepted, and that counts as a signature; we email you a copy. VORALINK's notices are sent to your account email and shown in your panel; keeping that email active is your responsibility. If the terms or the program conditions (hold, minimum payout, referral discount or payout methods) change, we will notify you by email and in the panel 30 days in advance, except for changes required by law or in your favor, which may apply sooner; continuing to use your link after that period is acceptance of the new version. If you do not agree, you may close your affiliate account before the effective date and you are paid what you have earned (clause 10.b).
12. Relationship of the parties
You are an independent contractor: not an employee, partner, agent or representative of VORALINK; you cannot bind VORALINK, and you bear your own expenses, tools and insurance. Nothing here creates exclusivity: you may promote other products and VORALINK may have other affiliates.
13. Fraud and clawback
If a commission arose from fake referrals, self-referrals, your own cards, automated accounts, refunded or disputed payments, or any breach of these terms, VORALINK may void it, offset it against future payouts, or require repayment if already paid. VORALINK may investigate and hold payouts meanwhile, and its good-faith determination of what counts as a valid referral is final.
14. Limitation of liability
The program is provided “as is” and “as available”, and you take part in it at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VORALINK disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and freedom from errors. VORALINK does not guarantee earnings, referral volume, conversion, the duration of the program, or uninterrupted availability of the link, the code, the panel or referral tracking, and is not liable for clicks or referrals that go unrecorded because of blockers, browser settings, cleared cookies or technical failures. VORALINK is likewise not liable for the decisions, delays, holds, fees, blocks or closures of third parties the program depends on, including Stripe, PayPal, banks, social networks and hosting or email providers. VORALINK's total aggregate liability to you for any cause related to this program is limited to commissions earned and unpaid in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. VORALINK is in no case liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility. Any claim arising from this agreement must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it; after that it is waived. These limits apply even if an agreed remedy fails of its essential purpose, and if any of them is not valid where you live, it applies to the fullest extent the law allows and the rest remains in force.
15. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold VORALINK harmless from and against claims, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your promises to your audience, your breach of advertising rules (FTC or other applicable), misuse of the brand, or any violation of these terms or the law.
16. Confidentiality and data
Your terms, your commission figures and any non-public program information are confidential. You will not receive personal data about your referrals: only aggregate figures (clicks, accounts, payments) and the amount and date of each payment that earns a commission, without identifying the person. VORALINK processes your affiliate data (legal name, payout details, signature and IP, tax form, commission and payment history) under its Privacy Policy, section “Affiliate program”, and keeps it for as long as tax law requires even after you close your account.
17. Assignment, severability and entire agreement
You may not assign this agreement or your link to anyone without VORALINK's written consent; VORALINK may assign it to an entity that continues the business. If a clause is found invalid, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with the agreement you sign in your panel, are the entire agreement between the parties about the program and supersede any prior discussions. They are written in Spanish; the English version is a courtesy translation and, in case of conflict, the Spanish version prevails.
18. Law, venue and contact
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida; both parties submit to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Before going to court, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days. Contact: soporte@voralink.bio.
